Check in was rapid and the staff who assisted me was very courteous, understanding, and above all, professional! The facility is very neat and has24-hour access. Strongly recommend.
The weekend guy in the office isn't as knowledgeable, but this is all around a great business that doesn't price gouge like other storage units do. It's a bit of a far drive from my residence to my unit, but Its worth it.
Good customer service, appreciated the fact that he offered to show me the unit before purchase!
I booked my reservation online. Everything was easy peasy and saved me a trip. Thanks Stor-it!
