Wonderful service! Quick and easy purchase over the phone I believe with Ken. Came in person a couple hours later to finish signing documents & proof of me. In total took about 15mins to get a unit at Stor-It in Caldwell. I’m happy.
Super easy & friendly to work with. Quickly helped me out and got me into a storage unit within a couple hours of contacting. Definitely recommend.
Great service. Ken was awesome and very helpful in getting us set up.
I was so overly impressed with the help, patience and excellent customer service that Ken provided to myself and my sister through our efforts in getting a 10 x 10 storage space! I was thankful for his tenacity to follow up with me, in a time of need and help me understand the process and his overall kindness! That’s the value of a great employee!
