Great storage facility — highly recommend! We currently store our trailer and equipment here at Stor-It Self Storage, and it’s been a great experience. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, which is exactly what we need as a local service company. The staff has always been professional and helpful, and the property is well maintained. The gal that helped me was super nice and professional, but not notifying people up front that they have to pay for mandatory included insurance- I get that they require insurance, every other storage unit I've had in the past refunds/doesn't use in house insurance once you provide proof of personal insurance-is a little bit of a bait and switch. This place is fraudulent! I paid like $250.00 yesterday and explained that I was moving out but was unsure if I would be out of both units. She said I would be credited and it would be fine. Nope! I came back this morning after sweeping and making is nice. I brought the lock in. I asked him, "Are you saying i paid for 1 month on 1 and 1/2 of a month on the other and because i'm out you won't refund.?" He said, "Yes that is what I am saying!" All went well, online purchase was a bit cumbersome, but managed to get through it. Staff very friendly both am and pm. I need to mention the 1st unit roll up door I looked at for size was very hard to lift up. The one we rented was fine.

I was told several times that the office is open 24 hours 7de bays a week. I paid in advance but they said I couldn't have the code until I signed. They said I had to do that in person. I arrived at 5 pm Sunday and the office is locked. I called the phone number it said to call and no one called me back. My mover has a load of my stuff that can't be unloaded I do not appreciate being lied to
