Joe at the N. Kings Rd. storage facility in Nampa is one of the most caring, honest, and thoughtful people in the customer service world. He makes sure if any mishaps happen with a person's unit, he is determined to make it right and help them out as much as possible. I left an item one time and he was very thorough that I prove it was mine when he had multiple people inquiring about it, saying it was theirs. Thank goodness for my proof. Joe Sr. is so friendly and hospitable, it’s a pleasure doing business with him! This storage facility is well maintained and beautifully kept. They also sell moving supplies and rent U-Haul trucks. Highly recommend this place on Kings Road for storage and moving needs :)
The guy who helped me was very friendly and professional He made sure to teach. Us how to open the gate and made sure we could open the lock on our unit. He gave us cold. Water and even brought some to our dogs
The manager was very helpful to my friend and I. He brought a cart over so we could stack smaller items on it. It was snowing and windy and he said we could use a door to access a warm area if we wanted. We just hustled and finished our task quickly.
Great folks to work with, they are always checking on their occupants and seeing if you need anything. Joe is the manager at our rental facility and we are extremely pleased with the job he does at the N. Kings Rd. location.
