But after nearly three months of dealing with this situation, I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. Griffin Link Gillis, Griffin, you are 100% correct, this was a terrible situation and we are genuinely sorry for the stress and frustration this has caused. On the evening of February 9th, coming out of the 2026 Winter Storm (a state of emergency) melting ice caused an ice dam in our gutters and parking lot, that backed water into a handful of units.
