Great place for storage! Staff if always helpful and easy to work with! Very convenient!
The customer service here horrible. We had a problem with our stuff getting mold and mildew on it and I called to let them know and the woman just started yelling at me and calling me a liar. She would not listen to me while I was trying to talk. Never once did I ask for a refund or my money back for the items I had to throw away. I just wanted to let her know. Rented here for almost 4 years. I had a problem with a credit card and was reissued a new one. In the meanwhile the payment was delayed. Before I realized it I was at the unit moving some things and the management ran down and padlocked the unit right in front of me. Obviously not much willingness to work with someone who's been a loyal long term customer
Staff is very easy to work with, the storage units are clean, convenient to access and have reasonable monthly rates. We're recent renters and pleased with the services.
the lady was so rude. she picked up the phone and hung up on me three times and said i called multiple times before when that was my first time calling.
