Came in because my landlord sucks and I need to move. I hadn’t rented a unit before and Shelby made it incredibly easy. The whole thing took at most ten minutes and Brock helped me when I couldn’t figure out the lock situation. The staff was really funny and cool. Made me feel really comfortable.
Shelby was so helpful and kind if I could give her more stars I would! She is extremely knowledgeable about the units and Penske services and was an absolute joy to work with! She made me feel secure with storing my stuff at Storage Corner!
I have had a unit for five years, and my experience has been outstanding. The customer service has always been excellent. Recently, I upgraded to a slightly larger unit, and the support and attention from the manager were absolutely five-star. I highly recommend these storage facilities.
