The facility has been a good place to keep our belongings the past year. We moved into a fully furnished home while waiting the closure on our first home as homeowners And they have been good this far. They did switch property managers in the mix but so far have had a good experience.
My wife and had a GOOD MOVING EXPERIENCE with our choice of utilizing your company to locate our belongings!! The staff was very helpful and your location is only 4 miles from our home in Franklin, NC, we had a few issues getting into our location but with one call to your staff the problem was resolved quickly and kindly!! Really easy to work with. There is no check in person so everything is online if you are okay with that process. You do have to have watch however just to make sure you are aware of when the rental rates go up with the market. Otherwise it’s a great place and very accessible.
The staff was very polite and helpful. The facility is clean. But the price is to much in my opinion. I may have to change facilities if I can find on cheaper one.
We had a very positive response with the sales associate we were able to get the unit we needed and we’re very pleased with the clean conditions and good atmosphere thank you
