Really easy to work with. There is no check in person so everything is online if you are okay with that process. You do have to have watch however just to make sure you are aware of when the rental rates go up with the market. Otherwise it’s a great place and very accessible.

I used the online service to rent a unit that specified it was at the location I needed. However, when I went to the location to move in, the unit I rented wasn't there. Customer service was no help and in fact, argued with me that the unit was there. I sent an email and ultimately, it was acknowledged the unit was, in fact, at a different location. It’s climate controlled, we’ll literally, clean and secure.
Place isn’t secure. None of the light fixtures except 1 work inside building #2. Store manager, Stephanie is useless and doesn’t do her job. I feel badly for handy man because the company limits his hours and he is unable to perform his job. This company is a total 1 star experience and a 1 month rental is all I can handle.
