Really easy to work with. There is no check in person so everything is online if you are okay with that process. You do have to have watch however just to make sure you are aware of when the rental rates go up with the market. Otherwise it’s a great place and very accessible.

I used the online service to rent a unit that specified it was at the location I needed. However, when I went to the location to move in, the unit I rented wasn't there. Customer service was no help and in fact, argued with me that the unit was there. I sent an email and ultimately, it was acknowledged the unit was, in fact, at a different location. I asked to cancel the rental since it was not where was advertised and I was told I had to take a picture of the empty unit to submit to customer service before it could be cance... read more
The facility is easy to access, secure, and very clean. The staff I have talked with have always been very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Storage Depot for storage needs.
