I used the online service to rent a unit that specified it was at the location I needed. However, when I went to the location to move in, the unit I rented wasn't there. Customer service was no help and in fact, argued with me that the unit was there. I sent an email and ultimately, it was acknowledged the unit was, in fact, at a different location. Place isn’t secure. None of the light fixtures except 1 work inside building #2. Store manager, Stephanie is useless and doesn’t do her job. I feel badly for handy man because the company limits his hours and he is unable to perform his job. This company is a total 1 star experience and a 1 month rental is all I can handle.
Pay for climate control. All the air conditioners are broken and have been for a year. Temp regularly over 100° and the owners will not authorize funds for them to be fixed. Buyer beware.
I called to rent a second unit, Jennifer was a joy to work with. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She was able to complete my request in a very timely manner. The facility is easy to access and very clean. I would recommend this company for storage needs.
The Storage Depot is awesome with a great facility, provided you can find it. The number you call on the website sends you to the WRONG address! Once you call the number on the door which sends you to the local maintenance guy, whom is most helpful, he gives you the correct address and instructions on how to get into the building you're needing to access. The website is all screwed up!
