It was a seamless transaction. From getting the unit to setting up auto pay. You need to call for that but it’s a painless process with very helpful people. Storage depot customer service knocked it out of the park again! The wife decided she needed a bigger unit. You guys were on top of it. What an easy move. You even found a bigger unit closer to our old one. Keep up the good work!!!
Setting up a unit to rent was super easy and the person I talked to was great! I haven't had any problems accessing the property when I need to and so far everything has been really easy! I don't have any complaints.
Great experience every step of the way. I was able to book a unit the day of at 3 am online, the entire process was automated and I got my reciepts, gate codes, and everything else I needed without delay. The website is built well and shows different sizes to choose from with helpful images of what the space filled in would look like. The unit and the entire lot were clean when I arrived. Customer service is phenomenal! My experience has been nothing but helpful and courteous of my time! However, I put four stars because I have had three small tacks or nails in my tire from the driveway around the unit. Regular maintenance would be valuable
