It's been great renting a unit from storage depot. Customer service gets back to u in a timely manner and the move in and out process is by far the easiest I've ever had to deal with. I would recommend anyone that's looking for a storage facility to look for a storage depot location.
I’ve been very pleased by Storage Depot’s customer service. A representative always answers the phone to help, or answer any questions. The location is ideal, secure, and easily accessible. And the best part is the cost is quite reasonable, which convinced me that this storage unit is truly the best option.
Wife and I needed a place to store our belongings while we travel by RV for the next year. No contact rental is awesome. Storage unit was clean and our lock was waiting for us in the unit. They emailed the access code for the gate and we had access. Couldn’t have went smoother.
This place is infested with mice, I would recommend you stay away from these storages. I tried moving out and they never call you back and they still charge you after you have gotten out of the storage unit.
