Great experience every step of the way. I was able to book a unit the day of at 3 am online, the entire process was automated and I got my reciepts, gate codes, and everything else I needed without delay. The website is built well and shows different sizes to choose from with helpful images of what the space filled in would look like. The unit and the entire lot were clean when I arrived. Customer service is phenomenal! My experience has been nothing but helpful and courteous of my time! However, I put four stars because I have had three small tacks or nails in my tire from the driveway around the unit. Regular maintenance would be valuable

Setting up a unit to rent was super easy and the person I talked to was great! I haven't actually used the facility itself yet, so I can't comment on that part. The staff seems really easy to work with so far!

It's been great renting a unit from storage depot. Customer service gets back to u in a timely manner and the move in and out process is by far the easiest I've ever had to deal with. I would recommend anyone that's looking for a storage facility to look for a storage depot location.

I’ve been very pleased by Storage Depot’s customer service. A representative always answers the phone to help, or answer any questions. The location is ideal, secure, and easily accessible. And the best part is the cost is quite reasonable, which convinced me that this storage unit is truly the best option.
