I had a fine experience while storing my items at Extra Space Storage (Champaign, IL). Signing up and getting assigned a space was easy and moving out was just a simple. I moved out with the help of Kim Scott, who made the process very simple and painless.
***EDIT 12/02/2025: I spoke with the management at the facility, and they were able to offer me the standard rate for new rentals, which is far more reasonable than the price doubling. I appreciate the call, and I certainly appreciate you working to make it as right as you can. Otherwise, I've had nothing but a pleasant experience at this location. They have very patient staff, reliable services, and a perfect place to keep your stuff if I’m being honest!
