Storage at its best Reservation was easy and many different followupss from customer service. Customer service was courteous and knowledgeable even if having to wait a little but there was no direct Association with an onsite associate. The unit was clean with a provided lock. The only complaints are (1) I was unaware of the unit reserved at the time of initial payment and (2) I had been told that insurance was optional which it is not but that is okay in the long run as it forces you to protect yourself for any loss.
