They do not prorate I gave 10 days notice. Why would I have to pay for something I'm not longer using. Bad business practice. I would not recommend this place to anyone! (EDIT) I already talked to someone thanks. I gave 10 days notice, but only used the unit for two weeks into the billing cycle so you can rent that unit to someone else, and make 2x the money. Great customer service already & I always will feel like my belongings will be perfectly secured!
Kiosk area was very hot, sun was in my eyes trying to fill out information. Rather that that very nice clean location appears to be secure.
Great service super easy to use and communication thorough and detailed.
Unit was clean. A new lock was in the unit for me to use. Instructions sent were clear and easy to follow.
