They were amazing. The computer was down it it was bout 8~8:30】And they work Xtra Xtra hard to take care of me and make me happy.
Very friendly when you call and have questions! I've used Storage Express 3 times and everytime I have been very pleased. The location I use is very convenient. Prices are reasonable!
Process was simple and quick. No surprises
One star only because since covid, public hours are not 24-7. Now you move on their time....6am-10p. The sign out front says open 24 hours. If you put in your code at gate, you are told to call a #, but nobody answers. If you night-owl at all.... DO NOT STORE HERE!
This is my third time utilizing this store in Edinburgh Indiana. I've always had an excellent experience when dealing with these folks. Highly recommend.
