We had a storage there, and everything seemed to be fine at first. Then, we went to get our items out of storage in June, and noticed our lock was changed. We had to call to get the code and they said they noticed our lock had been cut in February so they changed it. (but never thought they should call us to let us know) A lot of our items were missing and we were told to call the police and file a report. Units with storage cars in them. Place is over ran with mice, bed bugs and Cockroaches. I have tried to get them to fix the issues they have refused and they have allowed the rats to destroy my family and my church furniture. They refuse to address or fix the issue. Calling the health dept and a attorney to file suit soon. Birds are dead in the building and junk is fallen from the roof. beebread.
So far, they're trying to do better with the situation I've been dealing with lately. Will was great. He needs commended on his work. Super nice and eager to answer my questions!
My uncle had 2 storage units there and without notice or anything they sold his units without letting him know even though he had an auto payment set up thru them. He has now lost 17 years of his life bc of them and he's a Vietnam vet. They did not try to call nor email him to let him know
In the past there were employees that would leave units open overnight when a unit was going into lein for persons to go into. There was always trash around the dumpsters as well, the gate often was open for days at a time. Customer service, we will leave that one alone. I was very sceptical when my daughter told me she was renting here. She said it's new people, better all together. I had went to see for myself. Absolutely an amazing difference.
