Honestly it was great storing with Extra Space. I loved having the security of knowing if something happened, there were cameras and only certain people had access to inside the gates. If they ever noticed anything amiss with your unit (like it not being latched shut), they would call you and make sure to let you know. The only reason I moved out of the unit was because I started out with this unit being $70, ended with it being $146. Chris is great! Needs a raise for the fact that he is very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous.
They were very good at working with me whenever I had issues paying my bill, they even went the extra mile when I didn't have a choice but to leave some stuff in my storage unit when I moved out and they charged me a very minimal fee to take care of that. The only issue I ever had was when I went back to my storage unit after not having been there two years, they had a lockout lock on my unit from 3 months before they had never taken off.
