The facility site is very clean and well maintained. Anytime I needed assistance or had questions I was always taken care of efficiently and professionally. Great customer service!
Just had a great experience getting set up with a new storage unit at the Naperville location. Carol McGrew was super helpful and walked me through the whole process and made it pretty painless.
Carol is a lovely employee. Cordial. Helpful. Appreciated her. She works very hard at the storage facility, too. Express storage units are very clean, tidy and very secure.
Spoke with and dealt with Carol. She was very curious and helped with all of our needs. Would definitely do business with her again
