It took a very long time to get our assigned cube. The manager ended up calling us later because the code to the gate was not working. Another customer had asked her if it was working yet and she assured him it was. Then when we were done she showed us how it worked and it wouldn’t work. She had to call IT and then called us to let us know it was working. Not her fault but frustrating. Prices are good/fair.

I am very happy to leave a glowing review, for CubeSmart(Frankfort). The whole process from the booking to the moving in process was seamless, pricing was very reasonable and much cheaper, than comparable competitors. Contract was very clear and precise. The office lady manager Tenica very friendly and informative, highly recommend them, to anyone looking for public storage.

Tanika has been very nice and considerate as she has resolved my issues regarding my use of storage. I feel safe with her handling my account.
