The term "Customer service" and "the customer is always right" are part of a bygone era. It was refreshing to talk to someone who didn't seen to mind being at work and and being genuinely congenial. The people at this facility get it! Very friendly and polite and knowledgeable of product. No matter how many questions I asked, or how indecisive I was they were patient with me and made sure that I was satisfied.
Evelyn and Starlyne were beyond helpful. They not only answered our questions but they also directed us to one of their storage sites closer to our new home. They compared prices and explained the entire rental process to us. We highly recommend using this storage facility!
Last Fall the rent was $140 mo. The manager said "that is the normal rate, but it usually goes up the first of the year. Three months later, (February) they increased it to $220. The manager said she would credit me $40, and lower the rent to $179, but she never did. I moved to another place which is cheaper and has better customer service, and they answer the phone. I would give zero stars if I could. I complained for months that vacant until we're unlocked. I was told it was against their policy. Got to my unit to find it broken into through the vacant unit next to mine. Told I was out of luck. Filed a report with Frankfort Police and was told they have had several break ins all from adjacent vacant units. Beware!!
Very helpful and friendly staff. Always happy to help. Clean units. Great variety of all size units. Safe gate access.
