No support, full voicemail on their automated call - no way to leave a message. I ended up having to get another storage unit from Extra Space (there are 2 of them nearby). There was a lock on my unit when showed up. No help on the phone on the weekend. I found out later that the code to the lock was on their portal - I must have missed that part in the instructions. Update: I am updating this review as I did end up going with the facility and wanted to be fair. I was still very delayed due to an issue with the phone system not letting me get through to a real person but I ended up moving in and have had a decent experience so far. I did also end up getting the correct price. I do not recommend this facility. They do not respond to emails and their phone number doesn't work. If you live in the Thorndale area of Downingtown, this storage location is as convenient as it gets. Clean, lots of different size storage options, and reasonably priced.
Was a great company to work with for awhile but apparently there is a new manager who is inflexible. Looking into finding a new company to move to. Shame.
Good prices for a variety of clean and well kept storage unit sizes in various locations across PA. Needed a large unit to store all of things while waiting a couple weeks to move into my new place and managed to snag myself a good deal with a huge discount for the holidays. On call service is also superb, and the people are always helpful and nice to talk to when i need some assistance!
