Very professional and friendly staff! We has a great experience. The only challenge was navigating to the location due to road closures, but even with that, they were proactive in their communication and helped us navigate.
Great place, very helpful & polite staff (hooked up the trailer for me, even when it wasn't their task) and validated that all lights are operating properly. Rental equipment was clean and all was fine. Even sent me some directions prior to pick-up to navigate to their place because Perry St was partially closed due to road construction. Overall great experience and 100% recommended.
The help I recied from Javier was exemplary. He went above and beyond to help me with all my needs. Other Uhaul agencies I contacted do not provide this service and ask you to only use the app. I prefer the personal touch given and I will recomend this facility to anybody I know that needs any Uhaul service. Thank you for all you do. Please keep up the policies that make you great.
Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff Site is clean and well organized I will definitely be back for my next trailer rental project. Highly recommended!
