Anthony F. (Store Manager) offered terrific customer service. He provided several options for storage and I received great pricing. The facility was clean and offered easy access. I recommend this company and location. Thanks.
I am extremely happy with Storage Sense self storage. Anthony, who runs the south Jefferson st. storage facility, is super friendly, polite and professional. I needed to speak with Anthony one evening, but it was after hours so I figured I would call back the next day. But to my surprise, Anthony called me back that same evening to offer his assistance, and even apologized for not answering the phone, even though it was after hours. We got my situation rectified, and I was very greatful. " I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STORAGE SEN... read more
Great pricing and easy to sign up. Anthony was awesome, very helpful. I used to store my camper with them, now I'm renting a 10 x 10.
I really was impressed with how good Anthony over there treated me, my mom had a stroke, and we needed a storage unit the same day, they gave us the first month free, and my friend recommended them, so he got 50 off of his next month's storage bill also, that's treating your customers like they should be treated,if you are looking for a place to keep your storage, and be taken great care of ,this is the place for you,I recommend them, and I think they know business, and how to treat people, what else can you ask for.
They were great to us while storing our belongings with them. Anthony was especially helpful!
