The unit didn't tell us that rats would get into our unit during the winter and we opened it to find it completely full of rats poop and it smelled of rat urine and my family didn't appreciate it because rats gotten into our stuff and made a massive mess of things
The company is refusing to allow me to cancel and move out of my unit. In the time I’ve been trying to cancel it, which is two months they’ve even sent me a letter trying to raise the rent. They’re horrible at returning calls or emails. When I first moved into the unit, it was filthy. I Understand it’s an outside unit, but they’re supposed to clean it before you move in. Renting a unit was easy, first month was free. Was able to rent another unit after we sold out house and move out of our first unit, rent was automatically canceled after we moved out of the first
I didn’t have an account with them, but my bf did, I made 1 payment for him MONTHS ago. And they keep trying to take money from me. I’ve emailed, and left a voicemail trying to dispute it. But they keep trying. I want it to stop. I DONT OWE MONEY IF I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT. I would also like to get it sorted out so that I can use my primary banking app again. I refuse to pay for something that isn’t mine. I was simply helping my bf out. It was supposed to be a 1 time payment.
I was surprised at the cost of the smallest unit but considering how much everything else costs, I guess I shouldn't have been too surprised. I rented the same size unit in NC for $35 a month before I came to TN.
