It's great that Storage Sense sent me this review to put on Google in short I'll say what a great experience. I have used different companies for my storage needs this initial visit with the store manager Shaylee Pendleton was perfect. I even look forward to meeting her district manager she spoke highly of him. I already told the young lady that I would hire three just like her. If you read this Miss Pendleton, thank you so much for the attention and respect you gave this aging old dude. Sincerely Kenny Old Dude!
Shaylee is awesome!! The rental process was super easy and the rates are awesome!! I had my puppy with me and she made us both feel so welcome…. Great employee!!!! Would recommend 1000/10!!!
Worked with Sarah and she is AMAZING. Took care of me and got me situated with a great storage unit when I called the day of with no notice. She was very nice, patient and absolutely great to work with!
Was a customer here for 5+ years since I moved to the area. The short-notice price jumps became ridiculous — a 70% increase last month was the final straw... I highly recommend checking out Monster Storage down the street on Winchester. They offer locked-in rates, and their overall rates are MUCH LOWER.
Shaylee helped us when we were looking at the last minute for a place to park a camper we had just purchased. She went out of her way to be sure we had access as we were arriving after hours. From start to finish she has been available, polite and and more than helpful. Thank you Shaylee!
