RUN!!! Don't walk from this storage business. They will hook you and then increase 40% (or more) in a couple months!!

We moved in Sept 2025 and the unit price is increasing more than 64% in March 2026. Was very shocked by this significant increase. In response to the owners reply - I contacted the email: irmo@storagesense.com to get clarification on when exactly thr rate will increase as well as how to cancel. Unfortunately, we can't justify paying a 65% rate increase so will be cancelling our unit after this month.
Business response:
Hi Scarlett! Thank you for sharing your feedback. Please feel free to reach out to our team directly at info@storageasset.com and we’d be happy to discuss this with you.
The customer service is great. I have never had a problem. Prices are good. Got the first month free. They are clean and never had a problem. Gate broke once. But shit happens (to the other person that left a comment) shit happens!
Business response:
Thank you so much for the positive review!
We've been renting a unit from before Storage Sense, became Storage Nonsense. The gate is broken the weekend before Thanksgiving and not even an email was sent to notify about the issue, or the solution. Absolute BS "Donna". You want to raise our rental rate come December 1st, you can kiss our business GOODBYE!
