Formerly Foot Locks. A great climate controlled, secure service near IC campus. We used this place 2 years in a row (formerly when Foot Locks) and now. In 2020 they were very flexible during the entire covid-19/campus closing time. Staff is always helpful and facility is as clean as they come.
Avoid this place. The key wouldn't unlock the unit. Staff unable to open the unit and then we had to pay an overpriced locksmith to drill out the lock on short notice. Took us hours to get the items out and close the account. Best to avoid all storage units in general. They are predatory.

MELINDA HERNANDEZ NEEDS TO BE FIRED FROM STORAGE SENSE. Storage Sense Ithaca epitomizes incompetence and indifference, displayed by their district manager, MELINDA HERNANDEZ. Every other employee in the office is kind and doing what they can to get by. However, MELINDAS callous demeanor and utter lack of professionalism make her a disgrace to the industry. Stay away! If I could leave zero stars, I would. The allegedly climate controlled unit left my furniture (including some antiques) covered in mold and mildew. When I notified the manager, she first told me that they could not always control the humidity. When I called her on this, she denied saying it. Save your money and your furniture...go elsewhere
