We appreciate everything you did to help us switch our storage unit from a different location! Thank You Shawn! We did online to have it located in sinking spring but it gave us a storage unit in Laureldale… when we never picked that location… So we appreciate the help from Shawn!
The person that helped me was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny and made it easy for me. Highly recommended them.
1 star because I have to. Do not use this storage facility. Despite having items boxed and wrapped, we had major rodent damage. We only stored items here for 6 months and everything was covered in feces when we came to clean out the locker. Initially, the facility seemed responsive to our damage and gave us the information to file a claim. After some additional calls and poor customer service, an initial review was left with a new email address that we promptly responded to. I rented a unit at the Laureldale (Frush Valley Rd) location and had the unit for two years, during which time I had nothing but positive experiences with the facility, the unit, and staff. The facility was secure, clean, and safe. The unit itself was sufficient in size. Entering into the unit contract and terminating it was painless. The facility manager, Shawn, was always responsive and able to resolve any questions or concerns. I would recommend this Storage Sense location to others.
Set up was very easy over the phone. Associates were very polite and had no issues with payment deductions. When I was done with storage unit it took 5 minutes on the phone and no hassles very easy. I have used this location before and will again when in need
