I booked my storage with a 3rd party company and my heart sank when I got a call the next day because I thought for sure they were going to tell me they didn't actually have an opening for my camper, as had been the case in the past. Instead they were calling to welcome me and give me all of the information I needed to move in that day! The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. You can tell they care about their property and units. Very well maintained and also excellent customer service.

The young ladies that run this business are very customer service oriented! I showed up one night around 9 pm. I put my code in to gain access. The gate didn't open. I tried several times. No luck. I called the number on the gate. They made contact with the staff. Within 30 minutes they showed up. They tried to reset the Gate. No luck. So they went to another gate that was locked with a padlock. Opened it so I could get in. They waited around for me to unload things. Let me back out. No other place would do this. We pay to have secure parking in the Commercial Lot at 1030 Elizabeth Street. Unfortunately no matter how often we complain about the lights not working and the gates not working - nothing changes except the increase in rates. And now Truck drivers that don't pay to park there are using it as overnight parking and occupying the space we pay for monthly. Seriously disappointed in the professionalism of Prime Storage.
