From the very beginning, my experience was amazing. The customer service representative I spoke with over the phone was extremely informative and professional. She walked me through the entire process from start to finish, making everything clear and easy to understand. This has truly been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for going above and beyond. 10/10.
Customer service was excellent and they were very clear on how everything works. Was very grateful for the first month promotion. The security of the facility is great, the AC is excellent, and the storage space is perfect. Thank you for everything.
The best storage facility around. The place is VERY clean and organized
