Melissa worked with the auctioneers and people who bid on my unit, in order to get some sentimental values back to me. Her and Rick were amazing! Thank you, especially to Melissa, who answered all of my questions, and helped me through one of my darkest hours! Stair clear. They doubled my rent. They'll start you out low and raise it quickly. I went to Public Storage got the same size storage unit for half the price and it's a cleaner facility. I was with storage since often on for 30 years. The new management took over and screwed over everybody that has been there as long-term tenants. give it up Alyssa this place is a dump

Been storing here off and on for the last 30 years. New management took over and raised my rent to $130 a month. Talk to the new guy two units down same size unit said he's only paying $70 a month. That's how they treat their long-term tenants. do not store here they are crooks. They'll raise your rent without even telling you. if I could've done a -5 I would have.

I have been a client here since the 90s. I just found out I'm paying $130 a month and the guy next to me in the same size storage unit there's only paying $85 a month. This is because of the Manager there he will not unlock the restrooms there because he thinks everybody that runs their homeless. This place should be shut down because of the rodents in the bugs that go through there this is the worst storage in Saint Petersburg, Florida stair clear

I share two storage units with a friend. Both units had small introductory offers. After those offers ended, the rates increased at least twice in one year. They do not have anyone on site to answer any questions or concerns. You have to call the customer service number to try to get answers. I found out that the CSA can only forward a message to the manager or give you the email to the manager. I left messages via the customer service agents and sent multiple emails. This place is a shit hole, and they close the store when they feel, and Do NOT notifiy you. They have crap hours to begin with and access is horrible. People that run it, morgan, francine, and brett are rude, and have zero customer service skills. If you want access to your items, find a differnt storage unit. As they do nothing for you. When you make specific plans to access, and nothing. Costly costly costly.
