We recently moved and were looking for a storage that we would feel happy about. It's super clean!! Organize and the staff is fantastic!!! Very honest and kind! I'm very happy that we found this place!

I discovered this storage facility by chance and, I would say, my good luck. Very reasonable cost for the area and patient, kind, extraordinarily friendly staff (all you, Ann). When I stop by, it's like I'm visiting a relative, in fact. I have been impressed by the persistent cleanliness and orderliness of each floor within their facility. They even stock carts of multiple sizes at the front entrance for customers to use for ease of transporting large or many items into your unit. Dirty - They never clean it. The floors are always filthy, covered in dirt, bugs, and debris. There is always some kind of crud on the unit doors too. Paint is peeling off the sides of the hallway. Customer Service - is there any? It's a hit or miss whether or not the access key to get in after hours is going to work or not. I haven't been able to get important things when I needed them. I rented a storage unit at Storage Sense in Stamford CT. for over three years and the price continually increased. When I moved out I was told that I was due a refund of my deposit. It has been over 3 months and I still have not received my refund and even after repeated phone calls and emails I get no response at all! I would not rent here unless you plan on staying there forever. The customer service is awful!
