Highly recommend! As we were moving to the area. We quickly realized we were running out of storage space in our garage. I was able to rent a unit online as my husband was driving down with a load and by that evening we were putting that load in the storage unit. The store manager was very helpful, professional, clear with instructions and efficient! The area is clean and well kept and the prices are reasonable so if you’re looking for storage in this area looking no further!
Listen here friends!! If yall are in a bind and need help quick, fast, and in a hurry, call Mark at Storage Sense on Richmond Road. I had called 17 vendors in 3 counties and by word of mouth on Facebook finally found Mark. He was so nice, patient, and had a unit available!!!! Everything worked out so we never needed the unit but man was his team helpful!! I'll know where to go if and when I every need unit again!!! Thanks Mark!!!
Mark and Storage Sense was excellent to work with! We didn’t know that only one lock is typically allowed on the storage unit, but since we had already left the state for the summer, Storage Sense kindly made an exception and left both locks in place. Each time we visited, carts were always available and access in and out was easy. Overall, a great experience—thank you!
The manager gave excellent directions about how to get to the right driveway for his business. He then drove me to my unit and demonstrated the use of the lock and explained the rules about vacating the unit when we were done with it. Excellent customer service. A friend recommended your business to me. I will be recommending storage Sense to others.
