Signing up for a unit was made easy; however, I signed up on the 13th, but didn’t plan on taking possession until the 18th. When it was time to pay, the start date was for the 13th. I tried changing it, but was not allowed to do so. I did call the facility directly and the employee was able to help me. She also assured me that a unit was reserved in my name.

The young man who helped me was both helpful and patient. He answered all of my questions and even measured the elevator for me. He walked me through the steps to get things in motion. I greatly appreciated his help and look forward to using your storage space.
