Lorraine is very thorough! Easy to secure a unit and a discount for first responders! To boot! Answered my questions about security (on site). The toilet room had a humorous poster - yes, I did #4!

She was very helpful and showed me a unit that, upon seeing it, would have been way too big for what I needed but she took the time to show me regardless. She helped me make an informed decision. Paperwork was smooth and flawless. She explained everything in detail. Awesome experience!
This is my first Google review. I’d just like to let everyone know Storage Star is a really good operation. It’s always a pleasure to talk with Pepper at their north location. She is always super helpful and just fun to deal with. Loraine is also great to deal with. I highly recommend this company.
