Amazing staff!!! I've been storing with this company for years, and not only have I never had a problem, they've been more than understanding and helpful with everything that's come up!!! Through lock issues, unit changes, unexpected circumstances leading to late payments, and so much more, they've been so great to work with every time. I'll be sad to be leaving them behind as I leave Alaska!! Thank you guys for so many years of amazing support!!!

Lorraine is very thorough! Easy to secure a unit and a discount for first responders! To boot! Answered my questions about security (on site). The toilet room had a humorous poster - yes, I did #4! Update: after a few months we got a email saying rent was increasing $80/mo!!! Not cool!

Great customer service. Not knowing what size unit I needed the manager was great she made the process very easy and provided very good information on the different units. Highly recommended.

Lorraine was an amazing help! She was very friendly, patient, and made the whole process quick and easy. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything.
