I had a great customer service working with Monique at Storage Star Self Storage! She was friendly, polite and patient explaining my options for storage, rates, availability and rates. She seemed to have my best interests in mind which sometimes is not always present in business today. I would highly recommend asking for her if you have storage questions or needs. My first time getting storage unit have to say what an ease despite with everything else life has to offer lol. Both Monique and Dave were sweethearts. Quite pleased with the service they delivered I can’t thank enough and really appreciate this storage company. Highly recommend, rates are reasonable and area is safe.
It was so simple and easy to rent a space for my RV. I did it all online and once completed I got a call from them to verify I received all my info it get into the gate and my spot number. He was very friendly. Love the price and convenience of having it just a few miles from the house.
Monique was exceptionally helpful and sweet and gave me a tour of the place, made sure my gate code worked before I left and answered all my questions. Can’t recommend them enough! I’ve worked with other storage companies before and they weren’t personable.
Great place to store your things! Cost affective, and all! I highly recommend this place to another person. I came from self stop storage in rancho to this one, and let me tell you!! They are phenomenal compared to self stop.
