I'm impressed with and grateful for the professionalism shown by Dakota each time I've been in the facility. He's never missing from duty during posted hours, and has been a huge help with some moving issues I've had. Safe, clean, and reliable facility.
Clean and easy to access facility. Dakota was extremely helpful both over the phone and in person in guiding us on which size unit to choose. He was patient and clear in his communication especially around the fees and monthly rent. We are super helpful to have picked this storage place over others that we spoke to that did not have as friendly and helpful staff.
I have 3 storage units at Storage Star...and the service has been great. Dakota in particular has always been there to assist in any questions or adjustments that I needed over the past year. Thanks!
