I wish I could rate a zero to this place. Do not leave any of your items here! They stole and damaged at minimum $20,000 worth of our belongings. I understand this is an insurance issue but the company themselves have not reached out to us once apologizing for the incident or asking us if we need help with anything. Our items were stolen in the middle of the night and we weren’t notified until close to noon the following day. All of our items were scattered with no one watching over our property. Just want to say that storage star is first class. They have helped me so much on making a smooth transition to moving into a bigger storage unit. Billy has been excellent. This place is easy access to get to, very very clean and plenty room to navigate my truck down the lanes betqeen storage units. Very well lighted and safe. Love their extended hours. Thanks so much.
Jessica Davidson helped me out and gave me the best customer service hands down. I had some questions about putting my stuff into storage and different pricing and such and she gave me the whole run down.
