Storage Star is a great location in Fairfield. It is clean and very accessible from the freeway. Billy, the store manager, was professional and helpful in getting us moved into our unit. The pricing for our unit is very reasonable compared to Bay Area pricing. Next time you need a storage unit, call Storage Star!
I wish I could rate a zero to this place. Do not leave any of your items here! They stole and damaged at minimum $20,000 worth of our belongings. I understand this is an insurance issue but the company themselves have not reached out to us once apologizing for the incident or asking us if we need help with anything. Billy is amazing!! For the last two years, I’ve been dreading moving to a bigger Storage. He was so helpful.! He showed me all my options. And then made me Also comfortable about moving from one storage to the other, he helped me in every step of the way!
Just want to say that storage star is first class. They have helped me so much on making a smooth transition to moving into a bigger storage unit. Billy has been excellent. This place is easy access to get to, very very clean and plenty room to navigate my truck down the lanes betqeen storage units. Very well lighted and safe. Love their extended hours. Thanks so much.
Billy was very helpful and gave us a great rate. Helpful to talk to on the phone and did an amazing and fast job with getting us a unit. 100% recommend coming here rather than elsewhere!
