My experience with Storage Star has been just wonderful, and continues to be. I was able to pay, get registered and able to begin move-in, all over the phone. Whether I am communicating in person, via phone or e-mail, customer service is always available and an "A+". Owner is extremely patient, helpful, respectful and kind. Harman in the woodland storage Star is the most Amazing Manager of the all the units. She maintains the whole ground facility in tip top shape, the grounds are always so very clean. 100% clean
