The wonderful woman working in the office is Harman. She was so sweet and extremely accommodating! She is understanding and she sees people for who they are and has compassion and empathy for her customers. There should be more storage facility employees like Harman. The staff here is amazing! They went above and beyond to help with a not so ideal situation! The places are affordable and they all have drive up access. Clean and very quiet!
I had this storage unit for over a year and I just ended my unit rental. From the very beginning the lady at the front counter was very pleasant and kind. It was a smooth process I got the unit I needed and I never had any issues with my unit. Once my son was supposed to lock it and he didn’t lock it properly. The location of Storage Star Woodland is great as it is a short and easy drive from Davis. I rented a unit for a few months while working on a home renovation. Harmon was so kind and helpful, accommodating my move in on short notice. Should the need ever arise, I will most certainly rent here again.
