This is a well maintained facility…little pricey, but getting what I’m paying for is well worth it….getting the unit was extremely easy….front desk person (Harmon) I think her name is, was courteous, professional, and above all, knew her product…would highly recommend this facility….
My experience with Storage Star has been just wonderful, and continues to be. I was able to pay, get registered and able to begin move-in, all over the phone. Whether I am communicating in person, via phone or e-mail, customer service is always available and an "A+". Owner is extremely patient, helpful, respectful and kind. Thank you Harman! **Rates are very reasonable! ** extremely clean** ** Also offers "hands free" entree! Makes entry and exit convenient.👍🏽👍🏽😁
Harmon was extremely helpful & very knowledgeable. I love this storage place because it has great service & great safety features. I feel safe with my stuff here.
The manager is super cool and whole process of looking at the different size rentable storage spaces was real easy. The whole process of looking at the space and then doing the contract took less than a half hour. At looked at several other storage companies in the same area and Storage Star was by far the best in the way of prices and location for me. Highly recommend Storage Star
