Very secure, temperature was always right, place always clean; they just need to improve online payments but otherwise staff are very nice and helpful; I do recommend it, just keep in mind all storage places eventually the cost goes up. I’ll definitely go back!!
I wasn’t a fan of the consistent price increase but I’ll admit, I really appreciated how kept this place was and how vigilant staff was. One time I didn’t realize I had not shut my lock well enough and they called me to let me know.
Came in on a Friday almost closing time and the gentleman that was there that day greeted me with kindness. Showed me several units and tried his best to help out. The facility is clean and restrooms are available anytime.
Friendly and helpful personal. I have been renting here for about 4 years. The inside of the facility is always clean.
Monique is awesome! Very fast and communicative! Highly recommend.
