I needed to move in my 1 bedroom apartment into Storage unit in the customer service representative has said that a 5 x 15 would fit my one bedroom apartment so when I got to the storage, I noticed that that wasn’t gonna happen so I decided to go to the office and I had it the lady in front know that I was misinformed on the sizing and the amount of stuff I can put in this unit so she upgraded me to a 10 x 15 free of charge and I was able to move in all my things just for the three days that I was gonna be there.
