Storage Star truly lives up to its name—especially thanks to Moses, the manager. From start to finish, he was kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful. He made the whole process smoother than I ever expected. Honestly, if I could rate him 100 stars, I’d be looking for a loophole to give 101. Exceptional service with a smile—can’t recommend this place enough.

Just got a 10x20 and it was a breeze. Moses was beyond accommodating. Nothing but welcoming and professional from beginning to end....Thanks Moses!! If anyone is shopping around and reads the reviews to help navigate to a better, well informed decision....look no further!! Smooth sailing process and their rates made it even easier to make that call....They definitely have the competition beat....

Moses helped me through a tough moving experience. I had to maneuver through selling one house, and sometime before moving into the new house. Hence needing various size units at different times. He showed me around and explained best options. I would definitely rent from here again. Thanks Moses…great customer service.

Rented a unit on Thursday and tried to move stuff in on Saturday and our code wouldn't work. Called the help support and they confirmed we were using the correct code and our unit was paide up. They said they would contact the manager but have not heard from him yet. I will update this review after the third month.
