Storage Star truly lives up to its name—especially thanks to Moses, the manager. From start to finish, he was kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful. He made the whole process smoother than I ever expected. Honestly, if I could rate him 100 stars, I’d be looking for a loophole to give 101. Exceptional service with a smile—can’t recommend this place enough.
Just got a 10x20 and it was a breeze. Moses was beyond accommodating. Nothing but welcoming and professional from beginning to end....Thanks Moses!! Rented a unit on Thursday and tried to move stuff in on Saturday and our code wouldn't work. Called the help support and they confirmed we were using the correct code and our unit was paide up. They said they would contact the manager but have not heard from him yet. I will update this review after the third month.
Best service, hands down! Tours of the units were available right away and gave us all the information we needed!! We were so pleased with the amazing service, we didn’t want to waste any time, and started renting our storage unit today!! Thank you to Moses for the great service!
False advertising, horrible experience. Their website clearly states the price of the unit I reserved was $24 a month after the first month and the first month is $1. I was planning to pay 6 months in advance. So I got there and they told me the price for 6 months is $253. Excuse me, what? What they do not tell you is the Lee is a $30 admin fee that first month so it is $31 plus $15 insurance which is not optional every month making the actual price $39 monthly not $24 as advertised.
