Awesome customer service. Pete and Terra are great. Both are friendly and professional. They are a pleasure to work with. The storage facility is very well managed and maintained. It's really clean and secure.
I've been a customer before it was Storage Star. I was worried about a new entity buying up the place. However, Manager Pete has always taken care of the customer and the grounds. He provides the "Pete Experience." He is knowledgeable, logical, economical, and most importantly, personal. He will always look out for the customer. I was offered a bigger unit for 20% cheaper in Tooele last year after my sister moved, and I wouldn't take it because of not having Pete. Was greeted with a super warm welcome! Plus the gentleman knew me by name. The property was really clean, has wide aisles between units, and very easily accessible. Definitely made a wise choice! Thank you
This is a great facility. It's clean, plenty of room to get a 26 ft moving truck in and out. The manager is great as well. My two boys and I and a friend were unloading the moving truck and he brought us some cold waters on a hot day. Worked with me needing an extra unit at the last minute as well. Would absolutely recommend!
