We’ve been moving around a bit with our company and needed a safe, reliable spot to keep our things. Storage Star has been amazing , super convenient and easy to work with. Storage Star on Pond Spring is amazing. There was a little confusion at first with my reservation, but that could have been my fault. The lady who called me from Alaska (I'm in Texas) was super helpful in fixing my reservation. Then Elisha from Pond Spring was a joy to work with while setting me up with my storage. Another man walked in and I saw her being friendly and professional handling multiple customers. 100% will recommend Storage Star to anyone looking for storage
This facility is very clean, and the staff was more than accommodating and friendly. They were very helpful in finding me the right unit size for the things I wanted to store. I would recommend this storage location to friends and family, should they need them in the future.
I have been looking for a storage rental unit that was in the location area which I was interested in leasing until the house becomes available for move in. These storage units are close by to the living area I am looking into, reasonably affordable for the size I need, very clean, and friendly staff. I will be putting them at the top of my list and recommend them to others who are looking for the same quality of storage units.
