I highly recommend this location! Elisha is friendly, helpful, and very professional. She helped me weigh the pros and cons of climate-controlled vs. regular units and gave me pricing details on their sizes. We discussed a few options we might need. The grounds are very clean and well-kept. Elisha advised me they have new doors coming in on some units, but there were lots of options available for me. A wonderful experience all around.
Great experience at this location. Elisha was wonderful to work with, very professional, and detailed. She explained they are actively installing some new doors on units, but there are still plenty of sizes readily available. We were comparing a 5x10, 10x10, and a 10x15, and they have great options for both climate-controlled and non-climate storage at fair prices. Highly recommend!
Great experience finding storage here. Elisha was super helpful and friendly when we were looking at options. She walked us through all the available sizes, from 5x5s to 10x30s, and clearly explained the differences between climate-controlled and standard units. The property is very clean and well-kept.
The main reason for the rating is the site manager, Elisha. She has been so helpful and easy to work with. The units used to be pretty dirty because the doors had no seals. I would have to bring a blower every month or two to clean off my property inside. The former manager wanted to charge my extra fees to move to a unit with door seals. Elisha at the office for the Pond Springs location is the best. I had to adjust and add units quickly and she helped no problem. The move in and move out were seamless. Adding the insurance through them was also quick and quite affordable. I recommend that location or any location Elisha is helping with. Started with 1 10x20 and added 2 more 10x10 over the next week. Quick and easy.
