I’ve had items stored at this facility for about seven years and came in to clear out things I was sure to no longer need. The facility is always clean and well maintained when I visit and the climate control has been consistent for literally years. This trip turned into a bit of an adventure when my old lock was completely jammed. Even after trying WD-40, it wouldn't budge. Responsive, polite, and no problems. I have had storage unit for 13 years. Rate increases have been infrequent but large when annualized.
Storage Star on Pond Spring is amazing. There was a little confusion at first with my reservation, but that could have been my fault. The lady who called me from Alaska (I'm in Texas) was super helpful in fixing my reservation. Then Elisha from Pond Spring was a joy to work with while setting me up with my storage. Another man walked in and I saw her being friendly and professional handling multiple customers. 100% will recommend Storage Star to anyone looking for storage
