We’ve been moving around a bit with our company and needed a safe, reliable spot to keep our things. Storage Star has been amazing , super convenient and easy to work with. This facility is very clean, and the staff was more than accommodating and friendly. They were very helpful in finding me the right unit size for the things I wanted to store. I would recommend this storage location to friends and family, should they need them in the future.
I have been looking for a storage rental unit that was in the location area which I was interested in leasing until the house becomes available for move in. These storage units are close by to the living area I am looking into, reasonably affordable for the size I need, very clean, and friendly staff. I will be putting them at the top of my list and recommend them to others who are looking for the same quality of storage units.
Over all it is a solid storage place. There was a couple hiccups with new management. I did get a refund, but they wouldn't put it on my card it went to the unit, but no point because it was my last month there so that is sketchy. I was also a tenant for a while. I had automatic payments the whole time and never had issues. I would still recommend this storage to anyone looking for clean storage units.
