Beware - do not rent in person or you will pay 3 times the rental fee compared to the online prices. What a huge rip off!I initially rented online and then decided to get a larger unit and asked the staff at the desk about the options. They offered to change the unit for me right then, but they failed to tell me that it was going to cost almost 3 times more than it would if I had switched the units online instead. DON'T RENT HERE!!!! I've been there for 1 1/2 years and they've raised my rent THREE TIMES!! I've NEVER been raised so much by any place I've ever been at!! They aren't worth it!!!
