Extremely happy with my experience at Storage Star. The staff was great. Hunter (I think) is the gentleman who helped me. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. The facility is clean and bright. They have carts that help make moving my items from the truck to the unit very easy and convenient. Thank you!!
I am very happy with my services here after coming into the office and speaking with the two gentlemen who were at the front desk. I called and made reservations over the phone with a third party (I didn't know that at the time) and was told some wrong information. I came into the office to pay for my reservations and the two gentlemen (I forgot their names) were very helpful and cleared up all the confusion. Fantastic location, the facility is clean and bright. It's been quiet every time I've gone. They have carts that help make moving awkward items so much easier. The front desk team was awesome too, very knowledgeable, made me feel welcome and like this was a safe place to store my belongings.
My experience so far with Storage Star has been amazing. Hestia was incredible to work with. I am from out of state and he answered my endless questions with patience. He explained every option and was able to guide me in making the best choice for my situation. Their communication through email and return phone calls has been excellent.
Literally the worst storage facility in Fort Collins. We have four facilities that we use for storage needs and Storage Star is BY FAR the worst. You can expect significant rent increases every few months. You can expect horrific customer service. They will ignore emails claiming they were never received even when you blind copied another address that received the emails just fine. There are a million excuses why they ignore your issues.
