Just another overpriced storage unit that does insanely large price increases every few months. When you sign your lease agreement be prepared for it to be ATLEAST double a year later. Say what you want about healthcare companies and I’ll likely agree But frankly storage unit companies are no better. They claim to be family owned but frankly If thats the case it’s a family that cares for only their own. Annnnd Que their pre written chat GPT “we’re sorry for your experience” response
That’s the cleanest storage building I’ve ever seen ,and I have used storage facilities before. This place is super clean, when you walk into the front lobby area and the office area you will notice that that place smells so good and so fresh that it’ll put a smile on your face. The management really puts in an effort to keep that place clean inside and outside I would recommend this place to anyone. Leasing process went seamless. I have used the storage for months now without any issues. Climate control is a game changer. Just watch out for the love bugs, they run the place.
Overall, my experience renting a space there was fantastic. Nice and cool building, the temp was consistently lower than at other spaces I've rented at the two larger chains. Also, very easy to get in and out, lots of flatbed carts to use, clean bathrooms, courtesy water available, and even internet! Out of all the other places in the area, I picked this one because of their location being close to work. But also, the elevation as it seems like they're less likely to flood from prolonged rain.
Facility is very clean and well maintained. Austin was very helpful in getting me started. I would recommend these facilities to anyone that needs a short or long term storage.
