My experience with storage star has been amazing because my experience with Austin at this location has been amazing. He has helped me get into 3 different units here while helping my grandmother downsize and move in with my parents. It has been 3 different units because of first emptying her apartment into a unit, moving excess items from my parents house, and then consolidating the units after completing the move. I really liked the location and storage. Austin and Nadia were great the only reason I left was due to cost kept increasing. I understand the cost aspect but had to move to a less expensive space. Great service and very accommodating from his location at Red Bluff.
Site manager, Austin, treated me like a customer before I became a customer. Because of his knowledgeable and experience, he recognized my challenges right away and exceeded my expectations. He keeps the property very clean and he is always visible. The facilities are very comfortable, e.g. spotless bathrooms! It’s no wonder tenants are kind and look out for each other. Great place!
Easy process start to finish. Price seemed a little high but I don't have any other storage experience to compare the price. I always felt my unit was safe since they do regular walks of the property and once alerted me that my unit wasn't closed properly. Easy access and friendly staff. Never had an issue with anyone. Overall good experience.
I can’t say enough good things about this place - I’ve had units at five or six different storage businesses over the years, and it was immediately apparent from the start that customer service from Austin at this location’s front desk is way, way above average. I just closed out a unit here, but when I need one again in the future for personal or business use, I’ll be coming straight back here, literally because of how well Austin runs this facility.
