Storage Star on Redbluff promised to be there every 2 hours for those who need to get into their storage unit. My husband arrived at 5:45 pm and waited until 6:15 pm. No one in sight. The manager was called and he lied stating he was there and left at 6 pm. No cars, no one there the entire time. On top of that, he wasn’t willing to come back so we could finally get our portable AC and finally be comfortable since the hurricane. The young man, who I believe is Austin was really great helping me transition to a bigger storage. And even when’s cut my finger on a piece of my own glass, the other employee who’s name I don’t know saw me and offered first aid for my cut. Austin was very cool. Thank him for me!!..
