We have been using Star Storage-Tomball location since 2022, and have been quite pleased with the location. We have noticed that this location has been through a couple of new staffing issues. Recently I contacted the facility looking for a previous employee, which is no longer at this facility. Horrible Management. Nadia and Ariana are lying lazy Thief's! My unit got broke into last week. I filed a police report and have been waiting to see the videos ever since. The managers don't answer or return my calls. I believe Ariana and Nadia cut my locks! Ariana had told me a few days before to remove one of my locks, then mysteriously they both are cut off! Look elsewhere for different storage. Prices are cheaper at Life Storage across the street. Managers are responsible and the units are secure from thieves like Aria... read more
