This was the first time getting a storage unit and the customer service I received from Diane was amazing! Everything went smoothly and everyone that I’ve spoken with has been extremely helpful. I highly recommend.
I went in to cancel my storage spot for my tow hualer, but being that i have been a customer for 2 years Max and Diane did not want me to leave and help lower my rate to where it was affordable for me again. They were very professional and courteous.
I can't say enough good things about the service here! Tim and Violet went above and beyond to help me get a bigger unit, AND helped me get the best possible rate. They are easy to work with, responsive, and always go the extra mile. If you need a spot to store your stuff, go here!
