After a theft at another facility in Denver, I really appreciate the security Star Storage has in place to protect its customers belongings. Diane and Dennis are super nice and helpful. They went out of their way to help me out and save me 6 hr drive to and from the facility. The facility is clean, well lit and secure. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a safe place to store your stuff.
Storage Star in Colorado Springs is easily one of the best storage options in town. The indoor and outdoor units are spotless, and the whole place feels secure, modern, and well maintained. Wow. We are so very happy with the service and friendly staff at Storage Star! The PM Diana was especially helpful and knowledgeable about getting us set up in our new storage unit and at a fantastic monthly price! What a pleasure doing business with her! 😃. Also, a shout out to Dennis who initially took my phone call while inquiring about a new unit! He was upbeat, eager to help and very honest about my questions regarding pricing, etc!
I came into storage star today because I lost my key to my storage unit. When I arrived I was greeted by a wonderful lady name Diane, who manages the units. I explained my issue and she helped me quickly without any hassle. I am so grateful she was there to help me because I was stressed over the situation. Her customer service is top tier and efficient.
