Storage Star is one of the best facilities in Colorado Springs. Clean, safe, convenient! Easy for a large Uhaul or truck and trailer. The property manager Diane is pleasant and helpful. Management over all is great to work with and listens to your needs and concerns. Very affordable and easy online set up. They can store anything of any size here as well!
I have never had an issue at this storage facility. They are extremely professional, very helpful, and always fight to provide you the best quality unit. I recently needed to change units and Dennis got me a new one within the next few hours because it just came available. The people here are amazing and the unit was freshly swept when I moved my things in, so I returned the favor and swept mine.
After recently having a terrible experience at our previous storage facility, where some of our belongings were stolen, we were understandably nervous about finding a new place we could trust. We stopped by Storage Star to look at the units, and from the moment we met Diane, we knew we were in good hands! She was absolutely wonderful! She patiently answered all of our questions, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. What we appreciated most was that she never pressured us into making a ... read more
I want to sincerely thank Diane for the outstanding customer service she gave me today. As an active duty Soldier with 9 years in the Army, life has been extremely high tempo lately with training and deployment preparations, so having to deal with account issues on top of everything else was honestly stressful. Diane was incredibly understanding, patient, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. She took the time to listen, helped me resolve everything smoothly, and made me feel like more than just ... read more
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I was recommended this place by a friend and have been with Storage Star for about two years now. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were always accommodated and were answered in a timely manner. It has always been a quick process to move-in/change/move-out units as needed and the website is pretty simple. They conduct frequent security checks and will call you if your storage is unlocked or opened. Diana and Dennis are always great to work with and were super helpful! Overall, great staff and storage!
