Storage Star in Colorado Springs is easily one of the best storage options in town. The indoor and outdoor units are spotless, and the whole place feels secure, modern, and well maintained. The prices are great too — I actually got a larger unit here for about half of what I was paying for a smaller one somewhere else. The PM Diana was especially helpful and knowledgeable about getting us set up in our new storage unit and at a fantastic monthly price! What a pleasure doing business with her! 😃. Nice, clean storage. Staff Diane and Cory were so helpful. They helped us navigate the best unit and pricing for our needs.
Diane is a wonderful manager, and we’ve been renting here for a while. She and her assistant always do their best to keep the facility clean and bring in good tenants. It’s a big improvement compared to how it was even a couple of months ago, when homeless individuals were hanging around. I’ve seen firsthand how rude some customers can be, yet Diane and her team always handle situations with grace and professionalism.
