Diane literally could not have made this any easier. She accommodated my every request, answered all of my questions with great detail, and is available any time I need her. The facility itself is clean, organized, and very secure. I am very happy with my selection of Storage Star.
I’ve been a client now for about a year and a half. The units are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Recently I needed a larger unit with electricity; Diane and Dennis helped me map out the unit change, worked with my timeline over a couple of months, and made sure it was spotless and secure when I was ready to move in. As an added bonus, Diane dropped by on move-in day to check in and confirm that all was well. Highly recommended this business!

Storage Star in Colorado Springs is easily one of the best storage options in town. The indoor and outdoor units are spotless, and the whole place feels secure, modern, and well maintained. The prices are great too — I actually got a larger unit here for about half of what I was paying for a smaller one somewhere else. Wow. We are so very happy with the service and friendly staff at Storage Star! The PM Diana was especially helpful and knowledgeable about getting us set up in our new storage unit and at a fantastic monthly price! What a pleasure doing business with her! 😃. Also, a shout out to Dennis who initially took my phone call while inquiring about a new unit! He was upbeat, eager to help and very honest about my questions regarding pricing, etc!
