Awful company , my stuff was damaged by a flood (which by the way, place is right underneath a rain catch) they made me file a claim knowing water damage wasn’t covered all my stuff is ruined. When it happened the manager and owners and everyone in the world was in Florida on vacation like Ted Cruz. Insurance company said all the claims were denied. Absolutely awful place to store your items unless you like them wet and with mold.
Great customer service was provided from both Juan & Jesus. Never had an issue & they explained the rental process and fees very thoroughly. The only downside to this particular location is that it sits at the base of the mountain so when it rains, you run the risk of your unit getting flooded. READ your insurance disclaimer!! They do NOT cover flooding. Ensure your items are raised off the floor to prevent damage in case you decide to rent. That was the only downside & the reason for a 4 out of 5 star review. I love the fact that everything was done online. I was in Wisconsin and did all the process online. I got here and my storage was ready for me. We communicated online and didn't have to go in in person. The process was easy and painless. I would definitely rent from them again.
Renters beware - they advertise specials on their website, but once you have a contract the rate will increase every two months! My rent has doubled in less than a year. Employees claim they "don't know when the rate will increase" but conveniently do know when your payment is due. The storage units are always flooding, even with little rain. Unprofessional staff and horrible customer service - do not rent from this place! Add photos
I wasn’t going to leave this bad review but the company keeps texting me and emailing me for me to review. I don’t recommend this place. We were only there for 1 month and in that time our unit got flooded. We lost so much time and materials at this location. Made our lives hell! We were never compensated or even offered help. I understand things happen which is why I strongly didn’t want to leave a review cause I knew it would be bad. But since they have been so persistent on me leaving a review, here it is!
