i’m leaving one star but if i could leave less, i would. my son and i were delayed in our arrival because our movers required more time loading. we arrived at the facility, called to complete the transaction for the storage space, and waited for the email containing the lease. all while on the clock with the movers. we signed the lease and awaited the access key code, but when it arrived, it didn’t work. we called customer service and they attempted to contact the property manager with emergency urgency, not once, or twice, ... read more
I reserved from out of state, came in to town and couldn't get the price I reserved for. Then I found a house before I needed it and before my date to start contract, so went in for a refund and to cancel. Couldn't get a refund even after not using at all and days before contract started. I guess they're hurting for money.
