We won an auction unit here and ended up renting it. So far it has been a great experience. The whole process was super easy from start to finish, and Celeste was incredibly friendly and helpful the entire time. Pricing was very fair, and everything was handled smoothly with no stress or complications. It’s rare to find a place that makes things this simple. Highly recommend!

Great people to work with at this location. Cassie and Colin are very helpful. They helped me understand the changes and gave me an idea of the improvements that are coming. They also helped me with my rate as I am on a fixed income. I appreciate all that they do.

Service is very good and fast, I was helped by Collin and he made it very easy to sign up pay and move into the storage unit. 10/10 would recommend.

I had been a tenant at Storage Star for many years when it was Vern's and was happy with the service. I have recently rented two additional units to accommodate furniture and household effects from a house I just sold. The units are clean and functional, having been recently renovated and are reasonably priced. The entry mechanism and protocol are user friendly and reliable. The management is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this business without reservations.
