Called many places and this one had a very prompt callback. The manager was very informative and the price was a fantastic deal. The property is nice and secure, with convenient access. On the first day of moving in, the manager helped me find the unit and also punched me in a few times to save me time on my multiple trips. What great customer service I highly recommend Storage Star ⭐️

Ive been in the process of moving, all star movies and storage star have been my go to guys. Fair prices, awesome people, they are PEOPLE I trust who've I relied on. Not just moving, not just storage but definitely a group of people I trust with my belongings. Ive rarely had a company that I trust or rely on but they are dependable and reliable. Shout out to Wyatt, the answer man.
The reason Storage Star on Appleway is so amazing is because of Jed and Beth. I have been at this location for 22 years and they are the best there is. If you need storage I very much recommend this location.

He had the nerve to call me disgruntle when I called about it... well yes i was upset and believe i had good reasons to be!!! I informed them that I would not be paying that and gave them a month's notice that I was moving out they continued to try to charge me for the unit even know I was fully moved out a week earlier unit cleaned and left unlocked. If you go on there website the price is still $65. Dont fall for... read more
