My partner and I came here to rent a storage unit. Jason was super friendly and took us on a tour. He also explained the storage lease clearly. The storage units and surrounding area are clean and easy to access. All the documents were processed through e-signature on your phone, which made it quick and efficient. There's also a phone app for the gate code. Thank you, Jason, for making this process so easy.
I had a great experience at Storage Star Fruitland. Jason was quick, friendly and efficient. He helped me see and choose my storage space and made me feel at home. Even the requisite paperwork was completed quickly. I like their new system using an app to access the facility, without even needing to enter the gate code. I recommend them highly!
Excellent experience renting a storage locker with Jason, the facility manager. He was very personable and helpful to find the right storage locker for us.
Clean and quiet. No one has bothered me and I feel really safe here. The pricing is among the best you will find around here. Definitely recommend.
Best storage company in CDA! Staff was always kind and courteous, and went out of their way to help me on multiple occasions. Will definitely use agin for all storage needs.
