Not bad , would have been better if they had the numbers above the double doors to let people know that there's a storage rooms in the inside of the building. Drove around numerous times trying to find the storage number. Had to call my friend to find out where the number was located at .
Only one thing to say. Everything in my unit is completely ruined due to mold after less than one year. The worst part is this was a “known problem” according to the employee I spoke with and yet nothing was ever said. No warning. No alert to come check our unit contents. Nothing. No problem taking our monthly rent however. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra cost to store your stuff in a climate controlled space. Furious doesn’t even come close. Great experience renting a storage space! Eric was able to get us set up and into our storage remotely. We were I’m our storage in ten minutes!
Eric was super helpful with getting me set up, made some suggestions I hadn’t even thought about to better suit my needs and was very friendly. Great place all around
Eric and the staff at the home office, were very helpful. The on boarding process was very convenient. Everything was done digitally and I had access to my unit that day. You’ve got to love technology.
