Move in rate was nice right when I needed it. Was late a few times but they worked with to get it corrected. Clean and well maintained units. Very secure. I would definitely recommend and use again if needed.
Lorraine is very thorough! Easy to secure a unit and a discount for first responders! To boot! Answered my questions about security (on site). The toilet room had a humorous poster - yes, I did #4! Update: after a few months we got a email saying rent was increasing $80/mo!!! Not cool!
Amazing staff!!! I've been storing with this company for years, and not only have I never had a problem, they've been more than understanding and helpful with everything that's come up!!! Through lock issues, unit changes, unexpected circumstances leading to late payments, and so much more, they've been so great to work with every time. I'll be sad to be leaving them behind as I leave Alaska!! Thank you guys for so many years of amazing support!!!
