If you need to get a storage unit then you should check out what they have here. The price is great and the unit is way bigger than what I had pictured in my mind. Convenient Eastside location is perfect for me. I would recommend to anyone who needs more space to store their things.

They were very customer savvy. We enjoyed renting our storage place here. So enjoyed Lorraine, she was patient, prompt & especially a humble host everytime I/We came in contact with the fronkdesk.

Lorraine is very thorough! Easy to secure a unit and a discount for first responders! To boot! Answered my questions about security (on site). The toilet room had a humorous poster - yes, I did #4! Update: after a few months we got a email saying rent was increasing $80/mo!!! Not cool!

The front desk was very helpful, sweet and made the entire process easy. The units themselves get the job done! The area is gated and secure. They did a good job for good prices.

Amazing staff!!! I've been storing with this company for years, and not only have I never had a problem, they've been more than understanding and helpful with everything that's come up!!! Through lock issues, unit changes, unexpected circumstances leading to late payments, and so much more, they've been so great to work with every time. I'll be sad to be leaving them behind as I leave Alaska!! Thank you guys for so many years of amazing support!!!
