So… we rented a storage space for a couple weeks when we were moving this summer. The storage was excellent although a little expensive. Here’s my problem, Thomas from Storage Star has been emailing me asking for a review since July, pretty much a week after we vacated the storage unit! It is now October…and when I didn’t leave a review, he has resorted to texting my personal cell phone repeatedly the last couple of months, as well as still emailing asking for a review!!!! I stop by to look to see what the Storage Units looked like plus what sizes we’re available to my surprise I thought the 10X15 would be a better fit it is it is wonderful. The people in the office our do wonderful in helping you out making sure that is the right size and it’s clean. Gives me pass codes and everything. They our Friendly and eager to help you get what you need to be happy with the right unit for storage. Come see them . I went in to pay my October rent and Thomas was there to help me. The facility is clean and orderly. I came in close to closing time and the staff was welcoming showed me the different size units. After selecting a size she got my paper work done quickly and easily. Highly recommended.
Very clean and safe property. Staff was very easy to work with. If you need storage, I would highly recommend Storage Star!
Ronnie and her team was awesome in getting us quickly moved from one large unit into a smaller one. We had everything completed in about 10 minutes. We have used them for years, and the customer service was great this time!
